The Motor City Summer Festival August 3rd-4th of 2024 at Hart Plaza, in Downtown Detroit. The festival is a two day event that will feature vendors from all over the country. Artists, performers, giveaways and more! If you would like to be a vendor please be sure to read all details below.

The Motor City Summer Festival

Event Dates:

Saturday, August 3rd: 12pm- 11pm

Sunday, August 4th: 12pm-10pm

Attendees: The Motor City Sumer Festivial will have several celebrity and local performaces. Sunday, at 12pm we'll be giving away FREE bikes, school supplies and more for children. Tickets will cover both August 3rd and August 4th. We will have special guest such as Dess Dior, 310Babii, and more! Hosted by Melody Fresher, Jack Funny, and TayCrisppy.

Saturday, August 5th 18+Years Of Age

Sunday, 12pm-4pm FREE to the public. All attendees must have a ticket after 4pm.

Food Vendors:

All food vendors who do not operate under the cottage food law will need to have a temporary food license or a food license to operate at this event. If you're a food truck or have a food license already after signing up please email us a copy at All Food Trucks and Food Vendors who is already licensed you must submit to The Health Department a Notice of Intent Form for this event. Regular Vendors or Dry Vendors:

All vendors will have a 10x10 space, must provide their own set up, a tent is required for this event no larger than 10x10. Vendor licensing fees are included in our vendor price . This will cover your vendor permit fee for this event only August 3rd-4th.

Vendor License: Vendors are not required to get a vendor license through the City of Detroit for this event on their own. We, as the event coordinators are responsible for your vendor permit fee for the duration of this event August 3rd through August 4th. Each vendor will receive a vendor permit on the day of the event. Your vendor permit fee for the City Of Detroit is covered in our vendor fee and can ONLY be used for this event. If you currently have a seasonal vendor permit through the City Of Detroit that is ineligble for this Special Event.

This is a first come first serve event. We will send out a map with designated areas for vendors to set up for this event via email.

    This is a general admission for an attendee to The Motor City Summer Festival for Saturday, August 3rd and Sunday August 4th. Tickets sales are non-refundable all sales are final.

    Early entry, VIP section access for both days, fast pass for venue entry, and luxury restrooms. All sales are final and ticket sales are non refundable.
